Phone 11 vẫn trang bị màn hình LCD mà Apple gọi là Liquid Retina và phần khung viền nhôm. Đúng như dự đoán, mặt sau logo Apple đã được đưa v ề chính giữa và không còn sự xuất hiện của chữ "iPhone".

Camera sau có 2 camera 12MP, camera thứ 2 gọi là Ultra Wide với góc siêu rộng cho chúng ta có trải nghiệm tốt hơn trong việc chụp phong cảnh. Chế độ Ultra Wide có thêm tuỳ chọn trong phần giao diện camera. Khi chụp một bức ảnh bao gồm 7 tấm khác nhau để cho ra một tấm tốt nhất và tất nhiên có hỗ trợ Machine Learning.

Ngoài ra chúng ta có thể chụp xoá phông trên vật, vốn không được hỗ trợ trên iPhone XR từ trước

Apple có hỗ trợ thêm chế độ Night Mode để chúng ta chụp hình tốt hơn trong môi trường cực kì thiếu sáng. Nó có thêm cải tiến về chống rung OIS trên camera chính cho việc quay phim trong điều kiện phức tạp, chuyển động nhiều.

Với một bức ảnh đen thui, dựa vào chế độ Night Mode nhờ Machine Learning mà iPhone 11 cho ra những bức ảnh không tưởng khi vùng tối được nâng sáng lên rất cao mà không bị vỡ nhiễu hạt trên ảnh.

Camera trước cũng được cải tiến 12MP có hỗ trợ quay phim 4K và Slow Motion (120 fps) để cho ra những video ấn tượng. Điều này sẽ thích hợp với những bạn nữ hay chụp selfie hoặc vlogger, chúng ta không còn lo lắng việc camera trước có chất lượng kém nữa.

Ngoài ra Machine Learning cũng cho phép chúng ta chụp những bức ảnh HDR ấn tượng mà Apple gọi là Smart HDR đặc biệt đối với hoàn cảnh chụp người - vùng tối và sáng được cân bằng tốt hơn và hậu cảnh phía sau vẫn có màu sắc và ánh sáng tự nhiên nhất có thể.

iPhone 11 sử dụng chip Apple A13 Bionic, hiệu năng cao hơn và cải tiếng rất nhiều về GPU để chơi game có độ hoạ phức tạp hơn. A13 phát triển trên tiến trình 7nm với CPU và GPU đều cao hơn 20% và tiết kiệm điện năng hơn.

Và với những tính năng cải tiến trên camera mà Apple liên tục nhấn mạnh về Neural Engine hay Machine Learning - một phần nhờ vài khả năng xử lí từ con chip A13 rất nhiều.

iPhone 11 có trang bị mức pin rất trâu, hơn 1 tiếng so với iPhone XR. Nó có trang bị khả năng chống nước với thời gian 30 phút trên độ sâu 2 mét.
